American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 26-week outpatient travel assignment in Gladstone, OR, utilizing InSync EMR.
Details- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Gladstone, OR
- AM shift, 8 hours per day
- Uses InSync as the electronic medical record system
- No on-call requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license required; PT license required if applicable — candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full Oregon state licensure during the assignment
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
- SSN required for consideration
- Candidates who previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler
