RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Developer Power Platforms in San Antonio, TX.
Overview:We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the delivery of enterprise workflow automation and internal business applications. This role will focus on building and enhancing solutions that streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing digital modernization efforts.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop internal business applications using Power Apps
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
- Support solution delivery for forms, data collection, and process automation
- Design and work with structured data models to support application needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
- Provide documentation and hand-off materials as needed
- The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing production-ready Power Platform solutions and is comfortable working within established engineering standards and governance models; Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
- Strong experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
- Experience working with structured data and relational data models
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 or low-code enterprise environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions
- Experience delivering solutions in an enterprise or regulated environment
- Familiarity with automation, digital workplace, or internal systems modernization efforts
- Awareness of conversational AI or Copilot-style integrations is a plus, but not required
