$27.09/hr – $37.92/hr (based on experience)

• On-Call Pay: $2/hr
• Night Differential: $2.50/hr

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Night Shift)
• Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis

Position Overview

The Medical Technologist performs routine and stat clinical laboratory testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results. This role operates under laboratory leadership and supports regulatory compliance, quality standards, and efficient laboratory operations.

• Perform routine and stat laboratory testing accurately and efficiently
• Conduct testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology
• Review pending logs and resolve outstanding workload issues
• Perform quality control procedures and corrective actions as needed
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with inventory and reagent management
• Ensure compliance with CAP and regulatory standards
• Support specimen collection, processing, and referral testing

• Associate Degree required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred
• Florida Medical Technologist License required or ability to obtain during interview process
• Minimum 3 years of Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist experience required
