Rate: $50.00 – $54.00/hr + Path to Permanent Equity/RSUs

• The Master of Standards: Lead annual and quarterly "roll-ups" for high-complexity product lines. You build the financial blueprint for every liter produced.
• BOM Integrity: Partner with Engineering to audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings, ensuring our SAP data architecture perfectly mirrors our physical production.
• Inventory Guardianship: Oversee millions in raw materials and Work-in-Process (WIP). In our world, every drop of plasma is high-value.
• The Variance Detective: Perform deep-dive investigations into Material Usage (MUV) and Purchase Price (PPV) variances. When yields shift, you find the "Why" and lead the "How" to fix it.
• Operational Partnership: This is a "boots on the ground" role. You’ll collaborate with the production floor to validate scrap protocols and lead physical inventory audits.

education: Bachelors

• Standard Cost Management: Lead the annual and quarterly "roll-up" of standard costs. Maintain accurate labor, material, and overhead rates for all product lines.
• BOM & Routing Integrity: Partner with Engineering to audit and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs). Ensure SAP data mirrors physical plasma fractionation and pooling processes.
• Inventory & WIP Valuation: Oversee the financial valuation of raw materials, high-value Work-in-Process (WIP), and finished goods to ensure balance sheet accuracy.
• Variance Analysis: Investigate Material Usage Variance (MUV) and Purchase Price Variance (PPV). Identify root causes for yield loss and report findings to the Plant Controller.
• SAP FICO Expert: Act as the functional lead for SAP costing modules. Optimize data flow between production orders and the GL to streamline financial reporting.
• Month-End Closing: Execute cost-related closing activities, including inventory journal entries, sub-ledger reconciliations, and gross margin reporting.
• Operational Partnership: Collaborate with the production floor to validate scrap/waste protocols and lead physical inventory counts and audits.
• Compliance & SOX: Maintain rigorous internal controls over inventory cycles. Prepare primary documentation and workpapers for quarterly and annual external audits.
