Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Occupational Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic interventions to pediatric patients with developmental delays and autism.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Epic charting system.
- Assist with the transition and discharge planning of pediatric patients.
- Float to hospital settings when outpatient census is low.
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in California.
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience required.
- EPIC charting experience preferred.
- BLSSkills certification.
- Experience working with pediatric outpatient populations.
- Ability to work independently and proficiently within a fast-paced environment.
