Business Development Manager - Navy and Defense Cybersecurity
Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a 25 year old cybersecurity business with tremendous market traction - multi-year prime contracts, active broad and cyber-specific contract vehicles, technologies (door openers) we’ve built, and recognized leadership in the cyber market.We are not starting from zero, and this is not a caretaker BD role. We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Business Development Manager who is hungry to win, willing to roll up their sleeves, and excited to build pipeline and close business using assets most BD professionals never get access to.
This role is focused on Navy and Defense cybersecurity growth including partners like Google and Scale.ai.

What You’ll Do:- Identify, qualify, and shape new Navy and Defense cyber opportunities
- Actively engage customers and mission stakeholders to help create and influence demand
- Build and maintain a high-quality, executable pipeline aligned to TDI’s growth strategy
- Lead or drive RFI responses and early capture activities for priority opportunities
- Develop and execute clear win themes in partnership with technical and capture leaders
- Build and leverage teaming and industry partner relationships
- Use TDI’s services, products, frameworks, past performance, and vehicles as force multipliers
- Operate in a high-accountability, small-team environment where results matter
We care more about drive, judgment, and execution than perfect resumes. Qualifications: what you bring! • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of business development experience in government IT services
(additional experience may substitute for degree)- At least 1+ year of cybersecurity-related government services exposure
- Comfort speaking cybersecurity frameworks, domains, and acronyms
- Demonstrated ability to build customer and partner relationships, especially if in Navy environments
- Experience supporting or leading RFIs, capture activities, and proposal development
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage customers and senior leaders
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-moving environment
- Breakers): • Experience with DoD, Air Force, or Army cybersecurity programs
- Exposure to IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, or GSA vehicles (including HACS)
- Existing Navy or teaming partner relationships
- Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) is not required but is a plus
- Familiarity with DC, Northern VA and Hampton Roads, understanding of San Diego market is a plus
- Hybrid role with in-person customer and partner engagement
- Primary work focus in DC, Northern VA, and Tidewater VA
- Travel focused on relationship-building, opportunity shaping, and growth
