Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring our facilities, equipment, and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. While this is a multi-craft maintenance position, we are particularly interested in candidates with strong electrical experience who can troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility equipment, motors, controls, and electrical systems.This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting facility operations throughout the site.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with team members, vendors, and contractors.
What You'll Do-Perform preventive maintenance on facility and operational equipment.-Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.-Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, motors, pumps, and related equipment.-Respond to maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner.-Assist with grow room setup and support systems including:-HVAC-Irrigation-Lighting-CO₂ systems-Other operational equipment-Install, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing equipment.-Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendors performing on-site work.-Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.-Complete daily maintenance logs and equipment reports.-Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address mechanical, electrical, or safety issues before they impact operations.-Ensure all contractors and vendors follow established safety and operational procedures.-Assist with facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
