Office & Residential Estate Custodian

About the Role

You will divide your time between our professional office/shop environment (typically 1–2 days per week) and high-end residential estate management.

1. High-End Residential Stewardship

• Detailed Room Cleaning: Perform meticulous cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, and private offices, including high/low dusting of crown molding, baseboards, and light fixtures.
• Specialized Surface Care: Expertly clean and maintain marble, granite, and tile surfaces using appropriate, manufacturer-approved pH-neutral products.
• Floor & Carpet Care: Daily vacuuming (including under furniture), sweeping, and damp-mopping of all floor types to luxury standards.
• Kitchen & Pantry Excellence: Deep-clean appliances (interior/exterior) and maintain a highly organized pantry and refrigerator.
• Laundry & Linen Management: Handle the full laundry cycle (wash, dry, fold, and iron) and execute hotel-standard bed-making and towel refreshing.
• Window & Glass Care: Ensure all interior windows, mirrors, and glass partitions are streak-free.

1. Corporate Facility Maintenance (Office & Shop)

• Daily Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the office, restrooms, and breakroom areas to support team health and productivity.
• Floor Maintenance: Perform heavy-duty vacuuming and mopping of hard surfaces in both office and shop environments.
• Surface Preservation: Regularly apply wood oil to cabinetry and furniture to maintain finish and longevity.
• Office Greenery: Water indoor plants and monitor soil/health. Ensure the exterior fountain is clean and clear of debris.

1. Logistics & Managerial Support

• Errand Execution: Run essential local errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and supply pickups.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning and household supplies for both locations.
• Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with special projects as assigned by the Manager or President.

• Specialized Expertise: Proven experience in the care of natural stone (marble/granite) and high-end residential finishes.
• Versatility: Previous experience in both commercial janitorial and residential housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Trust & Discretion: Must demonstrate impeccable integrity and respect for privacy when working within a private residence.
• Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
