Job Description- Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Support in resolving project-related issues and implementing solutions promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Experience assisting on interior focused projects up to $4M
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software-Procore and tools used in construction project management.
- Competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $107,000 USD.
