Job Location: Brown Deer
Description: A welcoming family in Brown Deer WI is seeking a full-time, day shift caregiver to provide in-home support for their adult son with special needs. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys building meaningful connections.
Pay: $20.00/hourlySchedule:
Member is authorized 24/7 in home care. We are looking to cover the following shifts: Monday Friday 8am- 4pm
Tasks: Care is to be provided in members home.
Assist with transfers (Hoyer Lift).Assist with feedings (G Tube, suctioning).
Assist with bathing and getting dressed.
Assist with toileting, when needed.
Assist with medications, when needed.
Above all, provide safety and companionship.
Qualifications: Valid Driver's License -or- reliable transportation to and from shifts.
Prior experience working with feeding tubes and Hoyer lifts required.Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
Must pass background check.
- If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCNs role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
