About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Miller to join our flour milling operations in Libya. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily milling activities, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of flour milling processes and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor all aspects of flour production, from raw grain intake to final product packaging
Ensure consistent product quality in line with industry standards and customer specificationsSupervise mill staff and coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams
Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and equipment performance
Implement and uphold safety and hygiene protocols throughout the facility
Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements
Qualifications & Experience: Degree or diploma in Milling Technology, Food Science, or a related field, or must have attended milling school
Experience in flour mill operations must be provenStrong understanding of milling equipment, grain quality, and flour specifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits: Salary paid in USD, transferred directly to your home bank account
