Do you love being on the road, have a great smile, and enjoy making people’s days brighter? We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Retail Floral Delivery Driver to join our team!

As a delivery driver, you’ll be delivering flowers, plants, and thoughtful gifts to homes, workplaces, funeral homes, and hospitals. Every delivery matters—sometimes you’re bringing joy, sometimes comfort, and always kindness.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• Is a safe, confident driver
• Enjoys being out and about (no desk all day!)
• Takes pride in great customer service
• Understands that a smile goes a long way

Must-Haves:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record(MO Class E Chauffeur License or equivalent required)
• Strong knowledge of local streets and traffic patterns
• Excellent customer service and communication skills(yes—you need a smile!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally(most deliveries are under 15 lbs)
• Detail-oriented with good time management and organization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays(Saturdays are our busiest day)
• Willingness to help with additional shop duties when not driving
