Licensed Practical Nurse - LPNTV#001

Shift: Variable (Days/Evenings) – includes a 30-minute unpaid break

Compensation:

• Travel Pay: $1,734/week
• Local Pay: $1,460/week

Note: Travel and housing reimbursements are not provided.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support nursing teams, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond effectively to patient needs and changes in condition

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience required
• Active Wisconsin LPN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and evenings
