• Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilisation to close‑out
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety plans
• Coordinate with project executives and VPs on delivery strategy
• Maintain quality standards across healthcare, education, and industrial builds

• 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a GC
• Background in healthcare, education, or large commercial projects
• Strong schedule control and subcontractor management skills
• Proven record delivering projects safely and on time
• Clear communicator with a collaborative leadership style
