Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Prior experience treating geriatric populations, post-acute care, or patients with complex medical comorbidities preferred.
- Proficiency with common rehabilitation equipment and modalities used in SNF settings preferred.
