Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Position Overview:Seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to provide high-quality patient care in a field-based setting. Ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, and open to transitioning into a permanent role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of Home Health RN experience
- At least 1 year of clinical/management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must read, write, and comprehend English
- Valid State RN License (active at time of submission)
- BLS Certification required
- Hepatitis profile required (if making visits)
Patient & Caseload Details:
- Patient Population: Home Health, Geriatric, Wound Care
- Visits: 25–30 points per week (patient-first approach)
- Territory: Discussed during interview
Additional Details:
- First-time travelers accepted
- No weekends required
- On-call: As needed per facility
- Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard (between patient visits only)
- Locals accepted: Within 50-mile radius
- Charting System: Kinnser/Wellsky (on-site documentation only)
- Dress Code: Any color scrubs, closed-toe shoes
- Parking: Free
- COVID/Flu Vaccine: Not required
