About Our Client
This healthcare network has multiple locations, all dedicated to providing top notch healthcare services to their patients. They have a very service focused, collaborative Human Resources team and are looking for the Director of HR Operations to work closely with onsite HR representatives, and upper leadership to continually improve HR operations.
Job DescriptionOperational Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS management, policy development and implementation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other fringe benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient communication to employees.
Other Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CHRO or senior leadership team.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience working in a healthcare or 24/7 facility preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team of HR professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Oracle experience preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work onsite during regular business hours (9-5) with occasional weekend availability as needed.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience. (120-145K) with annual bonus
