HVAC Technician - Commercial Buildings
Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Service, troubleshoot, and repair: RTUs (Rooftop Units)
Split SystemsWater Source Heat Pumps
Gas Furnaces
Gas Boilers (Steam & Hydronic)
Commercial Water Heaters
Booster Pumps
Diagnose and repair: Single & 3-phase motors
CompressorsHeat kits and electrical components
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Order materials and manage repair needs independently
Respond to on-call service needs as scheduled
On-call rotation: 1 week every 8 weeks
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC and electrical systems
Proficient with electrical meters and diagnostics
Skilled in brazing and soldering
Valid drivers license (in good standing)
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Own basic hand tools
Must live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia
