Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio state license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is required.
- Demonstrated experience with geriatric population and post-acute care documentation standards.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in long-term care settings is preferred.
