CDL A or CDL B Drivers

This is a specialized logistics role where you serve as the backbone of the North Florida construction industry. From delivering drywall for new developments to transporting steel for commercial high-rises, your work will be visible across the Jacksonville skyline.

The Role: Beyond the Cab This is an "Operator-Driver" position. You will be responsible for more than just navigating Jacksonville’s highways; you are an essential part of the delivery team, operating specialized equipment to ensure materials are placed safely and efficiently at active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Driving: Navigate flatbed trucks and trailers through tight residential streets and busy commercial zones in Duval and St. Johns counties.
• Specialized Equipment: Operate Moffett (truck-mounted forklifts) to unload heavy materials. Drivers with Boom or Crane experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Touch Freight: This is a physical role. You will assist in the manual unloading and stocking of materials, including carrying drywall or shingles on-site.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform rigorous pre/post-trip inspections. You are responsible for ensuring all loads are properly strapped and secured to DOT standards.
• Professional Service: Act as the face of our client, coordinating with site foremen to ensure delivery accuracy and professionalism.

• Licensing: Valid Florida Class A or B CDL with a clean MVR.
• Experience: Minimum 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. Comfort working outdoors in Florida weather is a must.
• Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality. Contractors rely on our early morning deliveries to start their workdays.
