Job Description Summary
The Outpatient Clinics Float Nurse provides professional nursing care and performs administrative support functions in outpatient clinics including, but not limited to, Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pain, Primary Care, Rheumatology , Afterhours Care, and Snowmass Clinic.Must be competent to provide care as the primary nurse working under minimal supervision and will be expected to remain flexible to float between all outpatients clinics.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred.
- 2 years of PCU/ICU/CCU experience preferred.
- 2 years of ED experience preferred.
- Emergency Nurses Association - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred.
- Experience with EPIC preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
