We are a 100% woman-owned and 51% Aboriginal-owned company with a long-standing commitment to safety and quality workmanship.We seek skilled Journeyman Carpenters to join our team on industrial projects across Alberta.

Your Role:
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to build and dismantle complex industrial formwork.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials for formwork fabrication.
- Work with rebar, anchor bolts, and various embed systems.
- Collaborate with the team on concrete placing, finishing, and general site duties.
- Operate hand and power tools and site equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Valid Journeyman Carpenter Certification or a registered apprentice (Blue Book).
- Proven ability to read and interpret industrial blueprints.
- Strong understanding of mathematics for measurements and calculations.
Certifications Considered an Asset:
- CSTS-2020
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Fall Protection
- Aerial Work Platform (AWP)
- H2S Alive
