Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) position requiring at least 1 year of CVOR experience, active CO or compact RN license, and on-call availability.
Details- Operating Room (CVOR) in a regional hospital setting
- 4x10-hour day shifts per week, 40 hours per week
- Must be willing and able to flex to the General OR as needed
- On-call required during regularly scheduled shifts
- Charting performed in Epic (experience required)
- Floating to other departments may be required within scope of competency and qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or a compact state license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required — must not expire prior to assignment start
- Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
- ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for cardiovascular surgical patients
- Executes delegated medical functions and reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans
- Documents patient care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
