Your primary focus will be on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individual needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support the implementation of behavior change strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers to ensure consistency in applying behavioral techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis to ensure practices remain current and effective.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.
• Proven experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
