Our team is currently hiring part and full time Parking Ambassadors for a variety of locations. Responsibilities- Greet all guests upon both arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and while making direct eye contact
- Exemplify the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform and appearance standards, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner and thanking each customer at the end of each interaction
- Assist customers with their transaction processing either through credit card or validation using facility equipment in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures.
- Being knowledgeable about the surrounding area including but not limited to directions to highways, facility attractions, etc. in order to provide customers with detailed and accurate assistance
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times including but not limited to picking up
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
