High Volume Recruiter – Auburn, ME
Adecco Staffing is working internally to grow our team in Auburn, ME and is currently hiring for a High Volume Recruiter to support our expanding business! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and has experience recruiting within light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.
This position will start as a temporary assignment with the goal of converting to a full time Adecco employee based on performance and business needs. Position: High Volume Recruiter
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm (Fully In Office)
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour to start, depending on experienceLocation: Auburn, ME
Job Duties:
- Recruit high volumes of candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and update recruiting systems daily
- Work closely with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs
- Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting experience required
- Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred
- Team oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
