Job Description- Manage day-to-day on-site operations for DSA/Public Works construction projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Oversee material procurement and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address project needs and expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - DSA/Public Works should have:
- Proven expertise in managing DSA and public works construction projects.
