As an Insurance Service Representative, you’ll be a steady, reassuring presence for clients during some of life’s most difficult moments. From guiding them through claims to helping them understand their coverage, you’ll be the person they trust to listen, support, and provide clarity when it matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely service to clients navigating claims, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
- Be a dependable point of contact, offering reassurance and practical solutions.
- Build lasting relationships through genuine care and clear communication.
- Challenge Clients to look at other lines of protection we offer
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values integrity, kindness, and excellence.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in hospitality, automotive service, or other customer-focused roles
- A compassionate communicator with a heart for service
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in solving problems
- Fluent in English (additional language is an asset)
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life (or willing to obtain)
