Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Minnesota COTA state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to implement ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and basic splinting techniques preferred.
- Client requires experience with documentation in electronic medical records; proficiency with EMR charting preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow care plans.
