Operations: Clinic Growth Operations
Fast-growing healthcare B2B marketplace seeking a Clinic Growth Operations professional to own the end-to-end clinic partnership workflow from initial outreach through contract negotiation and signed partnership with independent primary care groups.
This is a high-ownership, externally-facing role for someone with a bias toward action, deep interest in healthcare, and a track record of building relationships and driving partnerships in fast-moving environments.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end clinic growth workflow from initial outreach and awareness-building to contract negotiation and signed partnership with independent primary care groupsDrive awareness as a no-cost patient acquisition channel through conferences, partnerships, and scalable outbound marketing campaigns
Build trusted relationships with clinic owners and operators from sole practitioners to CEOs of 15 20 location groups to assess strategic fit and operational readiness
Lead contract negotiations with primary care clinics interested in joining the network
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Support, and Enterprise Sales to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoptionCollaborate with Enterprise Sales as an internal advisor on clinic coverage and capabilities for complex employer opportunities
Travel to conferences and clinic partners approximately 10 20% of the time
Key Requirements
2 6 years of experience with at least one full-time role since graduatingSDR, BD, or partnerships role at a health tech or healthcare company preferred
Consulting (MBB or health-focused firm) or strategy background with healthcare project exposure also a strong fit
Demonstrated interest in healthcare direct experience or a compelling personal mission
Startup experience a plus
Outbound and partnership development experience; contract negotiation exposure preferred
