Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer telephone calls, transfer them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to the appropriate resources.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in Google Workspace
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Good people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
