Job Description- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure clear communication among all parties involved.
