This family owned General Contractor with all local work to the St. Louis area and a very tight-knit environment. They do a variety of commercial project types but the majority of their work is with education. Projects can range anywhere from $2M - $30M.The company provides a highly competitive salary and union benefits.
Job Description- Directs all construction activities from conception through close out.
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
- Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
- Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimum training
- Estimating experience is a plus
- Ground up commercial project experience
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Base salary up to $155k depending on experience
