- Shift: 12-hour nights (19:00–07:30), rotating weekends; 1 twelve-hour call shift required per pay period
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,520 – $2,650
- Minimum 1 year recent LDRP or L&D RN experience in labor & delivery, postpartum, triage, and nursery
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license (must be active at time of submission)
- Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA) and NRP required
- Basic fetal monitoring competency; documentation and strip interpretation skills
- Experience in triage, labor and delivery assessment, postpartum care, and newborn care
- STABLE certification and neonatal stabilization experience preferred
- Provide comprehensive, family-centered care for patients through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Perform triage assessments and ongoing maternal/fetal monitoring using fetal monitoring systems and clinical assessment
- Provide newborn care, initial stabilization, and support to families during the immediate postpartum period
- Collaborate with obstetrics, anesthesia, pediatrics, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes
- Participate in GYN surgical care and assist as trained
- Respond to high-risk situations and assist with neonatal stabilization and emergency interventions as needed
