Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the Lansing, MI area, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on 3rd shift. This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, growth potential, and a hands-on role supporting critical manufacturing operations.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production equipment within the Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production equipment within the Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments.
You'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:-Troubleshoot, repair, or replace components of manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical parts, pumps, and piping.-Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on all machinery.-Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs.-Read and interpret parts breakdowns and machine schematics.-Fabricate and weld equipment components as needed.-Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment performance and safety.-Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow company safety protocols.
