Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Chester, VT to bring on Warehouse Associates. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and long-term potential.
Position: Warehouse Associate
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (depending on experience)
- 2nd Shift: $19.50 – $23.50/hour (includes shift differential)

Summary:
We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily operations including material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately throughout the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Move materials to and from production areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.50 per hour
