Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - $120M Build - Boston will:
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor project budgets and report any variances to senior management.
- Support in preparing project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality standards.
