Position: Operations Coordinator (Hybrid)Location: New York, NY 10007
Shift availability: Hybrid- Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duration: 12 Months ContractPay Range: $41/hr.-$41/hr. on W2 without Benefits; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Job Summary:Responsibilities for Operations Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Process Design & Execution: Developing streamlined operational processes and acting as the "operational glue" to ensure program initiatives and logistics are executed flawlessly.
Project & Vendor Coordination: Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget. Strategic
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges for the Kiosk platform while proactively finding solutions for driver and rider pain points.
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a similar coordinator capacity. Communication Excellence: Proven ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
Problem-Solving Track Record: A demonstrated background in navigating and solving complex customer-facing problems.
Analytical Proficiency: Experience using "smart analytics" to support operations and drive project improvements. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to train and guide a team of Operators to improve quality and efficiency metrics. Agility & Autonomy: A high level of independence and the flexibility to adapt quickly to the shifting needs of a developing business modality

Pay Details: $41.00 to $40.00 per hour
