Key Responsibilities of the Outpatient Physical Therapist:
Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment
Utilize therapeutic modalities and equipment appropriately
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalentActive Arizona Physical Therapist license
Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
Strong knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
