What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC milling machinesLoad programs, install tooling, and set work offsetsRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as neededPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipmentIdentify and report quality issues, machine malfunctions, and safety concernsPerform routine machine maintenance and cleaningMaintain accurate production and quality documentationSupport lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
