Supply Chain Operations Manager
Join a leading EV component manufacturer at the intersection of Texas innovation and European engineering excellence. As our Operations Manager, you will be the tactical engine of our Austin site, ensuring our manufacturing and logistics are world-class while maintaining seamless alignment with our European Headquarters.

Responsibilities- Daily Oversight: Supervise all daily operational activities of the Texas branch, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
- Departmental Management: Directly oversee the production and logistics departments to ensure optimal performance, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Hands-on Engagement: Maintain a regular, active presence on the shop floor to mentor operators and identify real-time bottlenecks.
- Production Planning: Apply deep insights into planning processes to manage capacity, backlog, and sequencing to ensure operational continuity.
- Eliminating Silos: Work strictly within established global processes to prevent "local silos," ensuring full alignment with the Belgian HQ.
- HQ Collaboration: Maintain proactive collaboration with Global Supply Chain and Global Inside Sales Team Leads based in Belgium.
- Remote Accountability: Successfully execute directives and maintain performance standards while reporting to a remote manager.
- Strategic Execution: Translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans and support the rollout of company strategy.
- KPI Management: Define, track, and act on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet targets and inform strategic decision-making.
- Structural Problem Solving: Address quality issues at the source using root cause analysis to implement long-term structural solutions.
- Process Safeguarding: Monitor and improve workflows across all departments to enhance productivity and maintain high customer satisfaction.
