Randstad is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist in Babylon, NY! Join a great team managing high-volume AP workflows onsite (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000/yr

• Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Perform strict 3-way matching on all incoming transactions (matching Purchase Orders, Receiving Tickets/Bills, and Invoices).
• Enter, code, and route high volumes of vendor invoices accurately into NetSuite.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies regarding pricing, quantities, or PO data by coordinating with plant managers, procurement, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage weekly AP payment runs (checks, ACH, electronic transfers) and review vendor aging reports.
• Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and respond promptly to vendor inquiries.
• Assist John Healy (Controller) with month-end AP closing procedures, accruals, and audit preparation.
