Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise site personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM), Project Manager (PM), or Superintendent should have:

  • Established background with ground up multifamily projects. Stick frame and podium projects required.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • A results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering quality projects.
