Job Description- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain smooth project operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise site personnel, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM), Project Manager (PM), or Superintendent should have:
- Established background with ground up multifamily projects. Stick frame and podium projects required.
- A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- A results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering quality projects.
