Job Title: Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech) – Operating Room

We are looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist for a mid-shift position in our Operating Room. This role is essential for maintaining a sterile field and assisting during various surgical procedures. Please note: Acceptance of on-call and call-back responsibilities is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Shift: Mid-shift, 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM (1045 – 1915).
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts).
• Call Requirements: Regular on-call and call-back shifts are required. Applicants must be willing and able to meet these requirements to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room with necessary sterile supplies and equipment.
• Maintain the sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and pass instruments efficiently.
• Respond to call-back requests promptly to support emergency or after-hours surgeries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrub Tech/Surgical Technologist in an OR setting.
• Reliable availability for mid-shift hours and mandatory call rotations.
