Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the Quality strategy, goals, and objectives across manufacturing and business development activities
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and performance targets
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, AS9120, MIL-PRF-38535, and relevant automotive standards
- Lead Management Reviews to assess system effectiveness, ensure compliance, and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee global Quality Assurance operations, including customer and supplier quality, audits, and corrective action plans
- Build and develop a strong Quality talent pipeline, including succession planning and leadership development
- Manage the Quality department budget and resource planning
- Adaptability: Effectively adjusts to changing priorities, shifting demands, and unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and industry trends, including competitive positioning
- Customer Focus: Prioritizes internal and external customer needs, using feedback to drive continuous improvement and strengthen relationships
- Talent Development: Actively develops team capability through coaching, stretch assignments, and structured development planning

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor or advanced manufacturing operations
- Strong background in Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with senior leadership teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
