Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Quality strategy, goals, and objectives across manufacturing and business development activities
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and performance targets
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, AS9120, MIL-PRF-38535, and relevant automotive standards
  • Lead Management Reviews to assess system effectiveness, ensure compliance, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversee global Quality Assurance operations, including customer and supplier quality, audits, and corrective action plans
  • Build and develop a strong Quality talent pipeline, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Manage the Quality department budget and resource planning

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor or advanced manufacturing operations
  • Strong background in Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with senior leadership teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
