Our Opportunity:

Are you passionate about media, data, and how they influence consumer behavior? Join PepsiCo’s Commerce Marketing Media Team, where data science, media strategy, and innovation come together to shape the future of retail media.

In this role, you’ll help drive PepsiCo’s retail media strategy across key retail partners—leveraging first‑party data and media networks to deliver performance‑led, omnichannel impact. You’ll partner closely with Omnichannel Commerce Marketing and eCommerce teams to elevate media strategy, operations, and execution as the marketing funnel continues to evolve.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and at priority retailers, leading innovative, data‑driven solutions in a fast‑moving space shaped by growing privacy constraints and rapid changes in retailer capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, creative, and excited to be at the forefront of one of the fastest‑growing areas in marketing.

Note: Position must sit in one of these PepsiCo hubs: Purchase/NYC or Plano, TX

Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day digital media campaign execution for key customers
  • Become a trusted Retail Media advisor for key customers internally and externally in front of some of PepsiCo’s most important retail partners, influencing capability development and media innovation
  • Analyze performance data to deliver clear, thoughtful recommendations for future campaign optimizations
  • Elevate omni-channel collaboration between Commerce Marketing and brands, working effectively within a matrixed team to deliver a synthesized holistic approach to Retailer Media between the customers you support and beyond
  • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring latest industry thinking and innovation to inform direction for future strategies/plans

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years experience in media strategy in agency or corporate setting required
  • Experience with retail media strategy or CPG industry is a plus
  • Proactive problem solver who can define, assess, and solve, and communicate in a clear and concise fashion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Quick learner
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects
  • Excellent collaborator
  • Proactive in terms of ideas, problem solving, and building connections
  • Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes.
  • Must be able to communicate in fluent English, including excellent written and presentation skills.
