Qualifications Medical Front Desk Office Scheduler:

• Experience scheduling medical office visits and treatment
• Emds experience preferred.
• Polite demeanor and client service skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow-through
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have insurance knowledge
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Medical record experience preferred

Job Duties Medical Front Desk Office Scheduler :

• Scheduling patient appointments and treatments internally
• Scheduling patients according to protocol and questionnaire.
• Maintaining medical records accordingly
• Entering patient data accurately including insurance.
• Professional, courteous, and efficient service to our patients.
