Bilingual Chinese Financial Consultants

• Our business model is an on site where the office serves as a platform for you to interact with the clients.
• We have created many successful sales to become top producers making over six-figures incomes.
• We offer customized financial solutions that other traditional banks do not which provide clients a better rate.
• We have a higher chance of qualifying the clients through the strict bank guidelines.
• We can help clients get the lowest rate qualified for them through our access.
• Our goal is to make sure all clients get the equal opportunity to get the funding they need

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate new business using a consultative sales approach
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial status
• Gather documents from prospective clients and review that all documents is accurate and complete
• Follow up with clients staying connected during the loan process as well as established a long term relationship with them to build referral and more business.
• Minimize the delays in the process by staying connected with the clients from the beginning of the loan process to the end of it.
• To do outbound and inbound calls to establish a new client base.

Requirements:

• Good organization skills and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with the clients.
• Self-driven and self-motivated
• Consistency and committed
• Financial Sales experience (1 year preferred)
• Bilingual in Chinese is required
• Bachelor Degree or GED required
• Authorization to work in US is required
• Proficient in Microsoft as well as in Excel

COMPENSATIONS:

Salary , commission - uncapped income
