- Schedule: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shifts: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Employment Type: Travel RN Contract
- At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele RN experience required
- Telemetry nursing experience required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact eligibility, as applicable
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-oriented acute care environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
- Professional references required at time of submission
- Must be available to provide holiday coverage for at least one major holiday during the assignment
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly report changes in patient condition
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly
- Support admissions, discharges, and patient education as needed
- Maintain flexibility and professionalism while working within a travel nurse and supplemental staffing environment
