Overview:
The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. We are currently looking for compassionate and talented on-call Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support teams! After 90 days in good standing, our Caregivers are trained to become Medication Technicians, which includes a higher wage and broadening their skill set.This position is responsible for providing assistance in the area of medication administration and personal care assistance to our residents. At the core, the goal is to provide meaningful interactions with our residents on an as needed basis in an appropriate yet highly individualized manner.
Wages: $15.00 - $20.00 / hr DOEShift differentials: NOC shift $1.75 / hr
We are hiring for:
- FTE AM (6:00am - 2:30pm); Tuesday - Saturday
- PTE AM (6:00am - 2:30pm); Sunday & Monday
- FTE PM (2:00p - 10:30a); Tuesday - Friday
- FTE PM (2:00p - 10:30a); Sunday & Monday
- FTE NOC (10:00pm - 6:30am); Tuesday - Friday
- PTE NOC 10:00pm - 6:30am); Sunday & Monday

About you:
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in Assisted Living preferred
- Must have First Aid card and be CPR certified
